Everything you see on this site is made just for you.

Because our products are custom-made through QPMN print-on-demand, once you place an order:

  • There are no refunds.
  • There are no returns.
  • There are no exchanges.
  • There are no cancellations.

This is standard for print-on-demand production, and by completing your purchase, you agree to these terms.

Why all sales are final

Your order is sent straight into QPMN’s production system the moment you check out.

They handle printing, packaging, and shipping directly — not us.

We never touch the product, we don’t store inventory, and we don’t have a warehouse.

That means we cannot accept returns, swaps, or cancellations.

But here’s what we can do: if there’s a genuine production issue, we’ll advocate on your behalf.

Print-on-demand means your item is created only when you request it — your order literally comes into existence the moment you hit “buy.”

This keeps your costs lower, reduces waste, and lets us offer high-quality, boutique-level products without warehouse markups.

It also means every item is unique to you and it’s also why all sales are final.

Items marked delivered but missing

If tracking says “Delivered” but nothing is in your mailbox:

Email [email protected] within 72 hours so we can:

  • Verify the address used at checkout
  • Notify QPMN
  • Have them review the shipment internally

If the print vendor determines the package was lost or misrouted, QPMN will resend the order at their discretion.

Order fulfillment: Third-Party Production & Shipping

All products are fulfilled, printed, and shipped by QPMN print-on-demand. Orders do not come from a ParaLarry Media facility. Because we do not hold inventory or manage shipping in-house, we cannot process returns or accept items back. When you place an order, you are agreeing to this policy.

  • Replacement approvals for damage

Your order does not ship from us personally. We do not store inventory.

Order Cancellations

There are no cancellations once an order is placed.

Print-on-demand production begins immediately.

Shipping Timeframes

Your order goes into production the moment you purchase. After production, shipping typically takes:

7–14 business days.

International timing varies based on local carriers.

Production time + shipping time = your total delivery window.

Damaged or Defective Items

Very rare but let’s handle it correctly.

If your product arrives with obvious printing defects, physical damage, or production errors, email us at [email protected] within 72 hours of delivery with:

  1. Your order number
  2. Photos of the damage/defect
  3. A photo of the packaging (if damaged)

We’ll contact QPMN directly and file a replacement request for you.

What does not count as damage

These are normal with all print-on-demand manufacturing:

  • Minor color variations
  • Slight print shifts
  • Normal paper texture differences
  • Tiny micro-flecks or minor specks
  • Small variations from screen color to physical print

These are not considered defects and will not qualify for replacement.

Can I return or exchange my deck if I change my mind?


No. All sales are final and custom-printed just for you.

What if my item arrives damaged?

If your item arrives damaged, email [email protected] within 72 hours of delivery with clear photos of the issue. We will advocate for you with QPMN print-on-demand to request a replacement.

What counts as a defect versus a normal print variation?

Defects include misprints, severe damage, and major production errors. Minor color shifts, slight cropping differences, or small variations in texture or tone are normal in print-on-demand production and do not qualify for replacement.

My package shows delivered, but I didn’t receive it.

Email [email protected] and we will verify your shipping details and contact QPMN on your behalf. If the carrier incorrectly marked the package as delivered, QPMN will typically re-ship the order.

Can I update my address after ordering?

You must email [email protected] immediately. We will advocate with QPMN to attempt an address change, but it is not guaranteed once production has begun.

Can I cancel my order once it’s placed?

No cancellations.
